Windows Vista Upgrading - Digg it or Bury it?

Everyone thinks the new Windows Vista is SO AWSOME because of its slick features, if you want vista buy a new computer - heck then you can stop reading now and go eat a doughnut (no im not american i just love doughnuts) Check out Bob's story : "Hi im bob and im telling u NOT to buy vista upgrade, this is my story. IT was June 2007 - I was pissed off at my crappy windows XP so i thought IM GONA GET VISTA! So i went down to pc world, asked the staff member about vista and they broke it down to a few simple packages, basic for well basic and ultimate for the ultimate experiance. So i thought im a computer geek i want it all I WANT ULTIMATE!!! So i check the price £250!!! I thought OH MY F**KIN GOD HOW F**KIN AWSOME!!!! I bought it went home and went to install it.... Now i've had to reinstall my anti-virus software because vista didnt like it, remove half of my programs AND my pc is still so slow! In the end i found out that you needed WAY MORE than just the upgrade package - New graphics card, new memory, new RAM, basiclly a whole new pc - i unistalled vista and checked the internet about vista seemed that the hidden costs where alot more than £250 - to upgrade my pc JUST TO REACH THE MININUM REQUIREMENTS - i needed £650! So i thought screw vista im stayin with XP until i have enough money for a new computer!" That was bobs story - Bob is fictional but the hidden costs and most of the story is trueso in the end its about £650 for vista and a upgraded PC whereas a new pc from dell would cost £2500 im not badmouthing vista just warning you of hidden costs and requirements - thats all folks!

Now, iF YOU HONESTLY UNDERSTAND EVERYTHING THAT THE OTHER REVIEWS SAY THEN GET OUT AND READ ONE OF THEM GEEK!.

CONCLUSION: The Nintendo wii has elements that make it a fantastic console, But those elements, unfortuantly,
are fire that is put out by the water that is shody graphics and the small range of games.
A choice Nintendo made was too include "classic" games that may have scored on the Nintendo ds but have failed to reach their expectations. What Nintendohave failed to see is that people did not spend £200 on a console to play mario cart racing. The games that did make a good impresion were call of duty 3 and RedSteel that you would have thought would have set an example for Nintendo.

The Wii was made for the element of being in control of the gme and being part of the game it self, i admit there is not many things that ar as fun as weilding a sword in one of your most favourite games, but once again Nintendo ruin that part of a good console by adding in Big Brain Academy. Basicaly a few tests that you could find on the internet accept that you get to do the tests using a wireless wii control.

Obviously Nintendo has taken the wrong approach to games, instead of having Halo they choose to have mario strikers football. And now bringing in the mario party 8, how much more fun could you have than using an expensive console to pretend you are realy shaking a cola can? -.- i would obviously choose to do that than smack the shit out of soem guys in virtua fighter 5. NOT A CHANCE IN HELL! .

If i could be bothered i would giove a rant on why you wouldn't want to play super sonic. When i do write a review on that i will let you know, heres a taster :
WHY THE FUCK WOULD YOU WANT TO PLAY THAT? ITS BASICALY A GAME ABOUT A HEDGEHOG THAT RUNS VERY QUICK. NO NOT BASICALY, TAHT IS ACTUALLY THE STORY LINE. A FRICKEN HEDGEHOG AND THE SECRET RINGS. BY SECRET RINGS THEY MEAN RINGS THAT YOU SEE ALL THE BLOODY TIME THAT YOU HAVE TO COLLECT. SO LET ME GET THIS IN PERSPECTIVE : A HEDGEHOG BY THE NAME OF SONIC, THAT RUNS REALY QUICK OR "SUPER" QUICK TO COLLECT "SECRET" RINGS.OOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! FUN! I CAN'T WAIT TO PLAY IT.
ESPECIALLY WITH MY NEW £200 CONSOLE THAT WASN'T A COMEPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY BUYING.

AND YOU PEOPLE WHO DID GET A WII, I WILL ANSWER THE QUESTIONS YOU HAVE ASKED

1) YES, YOU DID MAKE THE WRONG PURCHASE
2)YES. YOU SHOULD HAVE SAVED UP FOR A XBOX 360 AND/OR A PS3
3)JUST BECAUSE YOU MADE THE WRONG CHOICE AT GAMESTATION, TAHT DOES NOT GIVE YOU THE WRITE TO GO AROUND LYING, SAYING THAT THE WII IS JUST AS MUCH FUN. BECAUSE THAT IS OBVIOUSLY THE TALK OF SOMEONE WHO DOESN'T HAVE A PS3 OAND/OR XBOX 360.
4)ID YOU ARE SAYING "WELL IF THEY ARE SO BAD HOW COME LOADS OF PEOPLE BOUGHT THEM" THEN I WIL ANSWER , THE REASON PEOPLE BOUGHT THEM IS BECAUSE THEY ARTE THE CHEAPEST 3RD GENERATION CONSOLE (AND I USE THE WORDS "3RD GENERATION" VERY LIGHTLY AS I BELIEVE THIS IS BARELY 2ND GENERATION)AND TEH OTEHR REASON IS BECAUSE THEY LOOKED FUN. THEY DID NOT KNOW THAT AFTER THE RELEASE OF REDSTEEL AND CALL OF DUTY 3 TAHT NINTENDO WOULD SCREW THEM OVER .

a very nice R5 of the latest die hard film, for those who dont know what R5 or LINE means il explain:

R5: an region 5 dvd rip, these sometimes lack quality compare to retail dvd rips but most of the time they dont

LINE: line audio is audio that has been recorded by useing a recording device hooked in to the cinema sound, even though it is hooked directly into the cinema sound it can still sound a bit off compared to retail dvd rip audio

E3 '07

Not many people will know what E3 actully is.... E3 is a massive gaming festival where many gaming companies come along and advertise new upcoming games AKA bungie was demoing Halo 3, so if you ever get a chance to go to this AMAZING event, then your in luck for an awsome festival!

The 4th in the rainbow six series your still looking at an epic battle in vegas, dont worry if you destroy a 4 billion dollar casino... it will be fun! Spanning through 4 differant casinos just in vegas... but you may go to other places to.... All in all this game is an awsome classic with the exception of regenerating health.... So for a good tatical shooter this is the game for you!

Resident Evil 5 E3 trailer (trailer #2)

I'd thought il post the new RE5 trailer from E3 cuz im gessing theres gotta be some resi fans around here some where cuz i know me and jame r are so here it is:

notace at the end of the trailer it has a xbox 360 live logo meaning that it will have online multiplayer i believe, also notace in the fast action scence it looks like the main character has a S.T.A.R.S tatoe but i may be wrong

Since I joined the NCS team, I've felt like a bit of a spare wheel, so I've decided to start a movie and TV reviews section on this here blog. So, you guys can suggest movies if you want but I'm gonna start by reviewing some of my personal collection (and don't worry, it wont all be good!)

Gears Of War Review

Gears Of War is a si-fi 3rd person xbox 360 gameIt is made by epic games and has an 18 certificate - gore and frequant mature languageYou start in prison 14 days after the war broke out, you dont just fight against humans you fight against the locust - pretty stupid worms basiclly, NO these are f**king hardcore fighters!!! They fight with shotguns and assult rifles, they spawn other locusts oh yeah did i tell you? THEY CAN POP UP ANYWHERE! But dont worry you have 4 people with shotguns covering your ass and your best weapon... the assault rifle with a differance - it has a kickass chainsaw attached rev it up and hear the blood and screams splatter with your kickass surround sound, and your kickass HD TV has the blood splatter of dreams - its VERY detailed loverly. Basiclly if you want to have some fun slicing "grubs" bodies in half or blow a elite locusts head off with a shotgun then this is the game for you! And all you achivement junkies you have loads of achivements to gain offline and online talking of online it rocks - Snipers, shotguns, loads of differant maps, 4 differant game modes, and LOADS of achivements, so go buy this f**king amazing game!!!!
